- daysrent's member price is a special negotiated rate between daysrent and each apartment. The price includes the room fee but excludes other apartment charges and taxes.
- The rate for an extra bed differs among apartments.
- Please provide accurate and correct personal information during the check-in procedure.
- If you would like to book multiple rooms, please use a different name for each room during the check-in procedure.
- Your special request(s) may not be fulfilled at the discretion of the apartment or may result in extra charges.
- Please make ONE reservation if your stay at a apartment is for a continuous period. If not, daysrent will combine these orders into one.
- When you receive the confirmation sent by daysrent, you have successfully booked the room(s) at the apartment.
- When you make a reservation, please indicate your preferred contact method to receive your confirmation.? You can choose to be contacted by phone, fax, SMS or email.
- * is the apartment's star rating and is used for reference purposes only.
- The regular time for check-in is 14:00 and the regular check-out time is 12:00 noon. If you need to check in earlier or extend your stay, the apartment may charge an extra fee.
- If you do not indicate your arrival time, your room(s) will be kept till 18:00 on the check-in day.
- If you decide to extend your stay at the apartment, please inform us. Otherwise, daysrent will take no responsibility for any changes in the room rate.
- After a booking has been cancelled, you need to make a new booking if you want to stay in the same apartment. daysrent will confirm the new reservation with the apartment.
- If you cannot check in on time, please inform us in advance. Otherwise, points will be deducted from your account.
- If your daysrent room rate is higher than the apartment's normal rate after you have checked in, you will be credited with additional 500 daysrent points after verification.
- During peak season, festivals or large-scale exhibitions, apartment rooms are in great demand. Some apartments will require a credit card guarantee.
- Please refer to the instructions regarding credit card acceptance. Please submit valid card information to guarantee your room(s).
- The reservation cannot be cancelled nor amended. Please plan your itinerary carefully to avoid unnecessary penalties.
- If you fail to check in on time or at all to your booked number of rooms, charges will be collected from your credit card as compensation according to the individual apartment policy.
- According to the Special Client Agreement made between daysrent and related card issuing banks, daysrent is authorized to accept online credit card payments. The credit card and private information are protected while being transmitted over the Internet by the use of encryption methods. daysrent is committed to ensuring its customers' security and privacy of all information collected.
